**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced **Practice Manager** with a strong healthcare background to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. In this pivotal role, you will be essential in driving the growth of EKCO Hand Therapy while managing the day-to-day operations of our clinics.

**Your Responsibilities Will Include**:

- Overseeing the operations of 6 primary and 13 satellite offices, ensuring smooth daily functioning
- Coordinating with a diverse range of medical professionals, including doctors and surgeons
- Managing accounts, budgets, and financial operations
- Training, mentoring, and managing our administration team and therapists
- Providing exceptional support and communication to patients
- Driving business development and promoting our clinic's services
