**Position Available**:
Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be a key member and contributor to developing the organisation’s Commercial Analytics, Financial Reporting and Analysis function. With a strong focus on data reporting and providing finance business partnering, this role will see you responsible for providing commercial insight and strategic advice across the business.
Key Duties will include:

- Business partnering across the business to support commercial outcomes and drive performance.
- Developing accurate data reporting and dashboards to monitor and manage KPIs (both financial and non-financial) and cashflow.
- Improve end of month analysis including performance, variances analysis, trend, and competitor analysis.
- Supporting the business with financial modelling and budget, cashflow and forecasting models.
- Streamlining processes and systems to promote continuous improved controls and reporting.

**About you**:
We are looking for an analytical and motivated individual to join this exceptional finance team based at the National Head Office. You will be joining a team of high achievers with a proclivity for continuous improvement and quality outcomes.
The ideal person will have over 3 + years’ experience in a similar analytical role, with skills in Power BI, Power Query Editor, SQL or other similar technologies. A commercial mindset and strong communication skills to influence and build rapport with Business Leaders.
You will also have:

- Advanced Excel, along with knowledge of Power BI, Power Query Editor, SQL or similar technologies.
- Proven track record of implementing data driven actionable insights.
- The ability to think commercially and creatively, to problem solve.
- Passion for business improvement, automation, data analytics etc.
- Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work to deadlines.
