We are seeking a receptionist/ Team Leader to join our _**Your Family Medical Centres**_

**AVAILABLE SHIFTS**

**mostly at Sherwood Family Medical Centre, but may be asked to work at other clinics**
- **MON-FRI 7.30am till 4.40pm**_

flexible to cover othershifts at other clinics till 8pm
- **9am till 4pm - Weekends SAT & Sun**_

Our focus is on providing high-quality health care and optimal patient service in a professional, caring and friendly environment. We have 5 Practices located at

**Kenmore, Sherwood,Camira, Collingwood Park, Goodna**

Key Responsibilities:

- Taking on a leader role, being able to work independantly and meeting deadlines and tasks
- Meeting and greeting patients/clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Timely answering of telephones and handling general enquiries
- Preparation and collation of daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
- Preparing and receipting patient accounts
- Batching and Banking
- Closing of Clinic

Experience & Attributes:

- Previous experience working within a medical environment as a receptionist/ TL
- Experience with Medical Director and Pracsoft advantageous
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work well within a team
- Professional telephone manner
- Willing to Travel between Practices

An understanding in confidentiality will also be necessary.

Shift times will be negotiated upon commencement. Preferred availability is 3-4 days per week.
