Medical Receptionist

Sherwood Family Medical Centre is seeking medical receptionists at our practice. We pay fair work rates with additional bonuses. You will be working with three doctors (2 part time, 1 full time) in a GP led surgery with nurses on-site.

**About you**
- Experience as a receptionist within a medical or similar healthcare environment (GP experience preferable)
- Medical Director/Pracsoft Experience
- Understanding of Medicare and Billing
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Professionally presented
- Punctual and diligent work ethic
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
- IT skills will be looked upon favourably
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Well developed time management and organizational
- Good business development skills (desirable)
- Some travel required (5 practices from Sherwood to Goodna)
- **Available to work flexible hours**

- Rotating roster

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (required)
