THe role is responsible for delivering IT technical support to the client system users in line with IT service level agreements and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties - Delivers Level 1 and Level 2 support to internal IT team, including providing assistance to the Applications delivery areas, providing project and operational support. - Provides technical and training support across the company's IT systems, hardware and delivers user training requirements. - Works with other team members and escalation points within the business to resolve issues as required and improve overall quality of service. - Builds desktops or other hardware devices with the install of necessary software as required Required skills and experience - Demonstrated experience of working within a busy helpdesk and IT user support environment including implementing and supporting best practices. - Strong technical knowledge with proven ability to resolve technical issues in a Windows and Office 365 environment. - Experience and technical knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products. - Excellent customer service and people skills, continually striving for superior client service. - Well-developed team work skills, including the flexibility to develop and up skill in other roles - Sound troubleshooting skills, including experience in remote access and mobile devices. - Demonstrated ability to build and install software on desktop and mobile devices Desirable experience/skills - Experience in a technical training or user training set up. - Experience of working within a Cloud supported environment - Microsoft Certified Professional and/or ITIL certification If you match the selection criteria and are interested in finding out more about the position, please click the "APPLY NOW" button below and attach your C.V (in Word).
