Primary Responsibilities:

- Assist the Procurement Manager in managing the entire RFx process, from sourcing suppliers to contract award stage.
- Conduct data analysis and spend analysis to support procurement decision-making.
- Follow Procurement Manager, act as a liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop a systematic approach to enhance visibility and streamline the process for upcoming contract renewals.
- Support the Procurement Manager in building a strong procurement brand across the organization.

- Stakeholder management, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with all involved parties.
- Relationship management, fostering strong and productive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Possess strong analytical skills to analyse data and provide valuable insights for procurement decision-making.
- Assisting procurement manager with developing presentation materials as needed.
