We are looking for an Events Manager to join the team In this role, you will actively assist our clients to find the best solution for their events. This position is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in Sydney, NSW.

**Main tasks**
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the general production of festivals, sports events, and brand activations.
- Select and manage venues, ensuring they meet event requirements and handle logistics such as permits and safety requirements.
- Manage vendors and contractors, including hiring, overseeing, and negotiating contracts.
- Create and manage budgets, track expenses, and handle financial negotiations with vendors and sponsors.
- Coordinate employees and contractors, including booking, scheduling, and managing their needs and work during the event.
- Handle logistics and operations, including transportation, parking, crowd management, security, permits, and health and safety compliance.

**Required/Relevant Qualifications & Work Experience**
- Minimum of an associate degree or relevant diploma, and at least a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience managing large scale events.

- Energetic and motivated personality with great multi-tasking skills.

Annual salary will be between $70.000,00 to $80,000.00 (plus superannuation) depending on level of experience.
