Look no further We have an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative at our company located in Seventeen Miles Rock. Join our dynamic team and engage in client calls, sales activities, and general administrative duties.

**Position**: Customer Service Representative

**Location**: Seventeen Miles Rock, Brisbane

**Salary**: $30 per hour

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm

**Start Date**: ASAP

**Employment Type**: Ongoing

**Responsibilities**:
Provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns.
Conduct outbound sales calls to promote our high-quality seafood products and drive sales.
Assist with order processing, shipment tracking, and coordination of deliveries to ensure timely and accurate service.
Maintain accurate customer records, update databases, and manage general administrative tasks.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient issue resolution.
Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and industry developments to better serve our customers.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related roles would be advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to efficiently manage administrative tasks.
Proficiency in using computer systems, including MS Office Suite and CRM software.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
Knowledge of the seafood industry would be a plus, but not essential.

**Additional Information**:
Casual day shifts (8am-3pm) with a starting rate of $30.95 per hour.
Monday to Friday role, with 20-40 hours per week.
Opportunity to go full-time after probation.
Must have a minimum of 1 year administration experience.
Must have a minimum of 1 year client sales experience.
Valid driver's license and own car required.
Proof of eligibility to work in Australia (e.g., Passport, Birth certificate, or ImmiCard) is necessary.
