**About the Role**
One of our federal government clients are seeking an Assistant Director to join their Cyber Security Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Team.

The Assistant Director for Cyber Security GRC is responsible for building essential capabilities within the GRC team to enable the assessment of and reporting on ICT risk and compliance of personnel, ICT systems, processes and frameworks within a cyber security context. They will lead a small team to work with internal and external stakeholders to establish and implement key cyber security GRC capabilities.

**About You**
- Three or more years of experience in Cyber Security Governance, Risk and Compliance
- Knowledge of and experience with relevant government security frameworks such as the PSPF, ISM etc.
- Significant knowledge and experience with enterprise information and cyber security processes, concepts and best practice with an exposure to government cloud models

Desirable criteria:

- ICT risk and compliance management experience
- CISSP/CISM or equivalent certifications are preferred
- Demonstrated experience in effective reporting to executive management
- Demonstrated experience in adaptive leadership and collaboration and in challenging change environments
