About the role
Are you an experienced early learning professional ready to take the next step in your career? As the Assistant Director at Goodstart Kambah, you’ll use your leadership and operational skills to inspire your team, support centre excellence, and strengthen community relationships.
- Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
- Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
- Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director’s absence
- Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide

Goodstart Early Learning Kambah is a 90-place centre providing high-quality early education and care for children aged six weeks to school age. Our centre features modern, well-resourced indoor learning spaces and large natural outdoor play areas that encourage curiosity, exploration, and growth.
