**The Role**
An experienced Project/ Program coordinator to work closely with multiple project manager across a large program of work
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide high level administrative support to the Program and executive level assistance and support to the Portfolio Coordinator as required.
- Coordinate and track project activities or initiatives as required and troubleshoot generally complex problems to ensure projects and initiatives remain on schedule.
- Coordinate, prepare and contribute to project reports, business cases and proposals as appropriate.
- Manage meetings on behalf of the Program, including preparing agendas, conference room bookings, minute taking and distribution.
- Facilitate program reporting to ensure accurate and timely portfolio reporting.
- Coordinate program communications by providing input for regular Portfolio team updates for the ABC.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute significantly to team planning and discussions to support the delivery of team objectives.
- Coordinate financial and budgetary processes as required for the Program.
- Process supply requisitions, orders, contracts, and requests for tender/quotes.
- Prepare and arrange timely payment of accounts and reconcile invoices.
- Monitor Program charges and ensure all incorrect charges are journaled appropriately.
- Prepare regular budget forecasts, reports and summaries as required.
**Key Skills and Experience**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A willingness to work within a cross-skilled team, where people are often wearing multiple hats to help the team deliver the project/program
- Ability to work autonomously and show initiative to help in areas where it is seen to be needed
- Ability to work and communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders from the project team, management, business, and IT.
