**Description**:
**The Role**:
This is a 6 Month Fix-Term contract role, working 4 days per week Monday - Thursday that will see you provide superior program coordination for our Face-to-Face courses that are delivered in various locations throughout the Central Coast, Gosford, and Newcastle area.

This is an important role that will see you multitasking various activities while ensuring that the delivery of our training programs are being conducted in an efficient, effective, and compliant manner. You will be required to conduct student inductions, so presenting to an audience is something you enjoy As the Program Coordinator you will attend 1st day of scheduled face to face courses/drop of resources to venues and attend class graduations when required.

This is a busy role that incorporates a great amount of coordinating and administering of programs for our clients and students as well as supporting the team with enrolments, relationship management and reporting.

Your previous experience in an RTO/VET environment will see you building and maintaining strong relationships with students and trainers plus putting your exceptional customer services and problem-solving skills to use

**Skills and Experience**:

- Current drivers’ licence and reliable vehicle.
- Knowledge of the VET Sector, VET Compliance and adult education practices and RTO Experience highly regarded.
- Time management and organisational skills, including managing competing priorities in a busy workplace.
- Well-developed ability to build and maintain strong relationships with individuals and key members of organisations.
- Well-developed problem-solving skills.
