Within this company you will have the opportunity to work on exclusive national security Government projects, work collaboratively with high profile Government clients as well as sharpening your skills in a fast paced environment.

Your new role
As a SOC team leader you will be tasked with the responsibility of overseeing the day-to-day operations of the security team. Your duties will include but wont be limited to;
- Creating the staff roster
- Managing and reporting of security incidents
- Being the primary contact and escalation point for the team
- Provide technical advice and guidance on security processes
- Promoting a strong and inclusive work culture
- Monitoring and mandating the rollout of security updates

What you need to succeed

To be successful in this role you should posses the following skills and experience;
- Demonstrated ability in providing leadership, direction and coordination to a team
- Industry qualifications such as CISSP, GIAC, GCICH, etc
- Professional experience maintain and monitoring SIEM
- Experience configuring and tuning ideally in Splunk
- Ability to problem solve and resolve technical issues
