Position To provide office support for the smooth-running of a business and to maintain quality control on telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and filing

Reports to Director, or their delegate from time to time

**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Be the first point of contact for internal and external customers
- Manage requests, concerns, and enquiries in a polite and professional manner.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of information in financial, human resource and other databases.
- Ensure effective communication flow between direct care and site management staff.
- Assist senior staff with special projects as required.

**Essential Criteria**
- 6 months or 1 years of experience on reception or administration
- Preferred Hold or obtain an NDIS worker orientation module with working with children card.
- Preferred First Aid & CPR certificate
- Preferred Certificate III or IV in individual support.
- National Police check

**Salary**: $48,852.56 - $83,769.35 per year

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
