The Castlereagh Boutique Hotel, located in the heart of Sydney CBD, is seeking a friendly, customer-oriented Part-Time Lounge Attendant to join our team. This stunning heritage building built in 1927, offers 83 accommodation rooms, several dining facilities, bars, meeting and function rooms to guests and members.

As a Part-Time Lounge Attendant at the Castlereagh Hotel, you will play a key role in ensuring that guests and members receive exceptional service in our lounge area. You will be responsible for serving food and drinks, engaging with guests, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a minimum 4-star hotel or club environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A friendly and professional demeanor, with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere
- The ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Basic food and beverage knowledge, including the ability to serve wine, cocktails, and coffee
- Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in the lounge area

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests and provide exceptional service
- Prepare and serve food and drinks in the lounge area
- Maintain a clean and organized lounge area, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Follow all health and safety regulations, as well as liquor licensing laws
- Engage with guests and ensure they have an exceptional experience every time they visit the hotel
