**What you’ll do**:

- Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests warmly and attending to their needs throughout their dining experience.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area to uphold the highest standards.
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service and a positive atmosphere.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Support additional tasks as required by the Food & Beverage Management team.

**What makes you perfect for this role**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not essential.
- Friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- A Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
