**The Role**

Following an internal promotion, we have a great new opportunity for a high calibre Contracts Manager to join our Contracts Management Team. In this varied role you will proactively partner with internal and external stakeholders and navigate complex high value contracts to deliver sound commercial outcomes.

More specifically, this will involve:

- Reviewing customer contracts and requested amendments to Canon contracts to reflect the dynamic nature of our sales opportunities
- Providing commercially focussed and balanced risk assessments of exposure to Canon in contractual terms both in reviewing tender documents/contracts and in negotiating final agreements.
- Working closely with peers, Senior Management, our in-house legal team and other key stakeholders to finalise contracts expeditiously
- Undertaking continual improvement actions within the team and across the business to improve the customer contract experience with Canon.

**About You**

You are confident working autonomously, with well honed negotiation and influencing skills. Ideally, you’ll possess tertiary qualifications in a legal discipline and have experience within a commercial sales environment and your exposure to drafting and negotiating complex supply, service and/or outsourcing agreements will be highly regarded. More importantly you’re a team player who thrives on delivering great commercial outcomes.
