The Brand |

This brand is a women's multi-brand retailer housing a curated selection of the most coveted local and international designers and is a luxury fashion destination for timeless investment pieces and ready-to-wear runway styles. Their boutiques provide customers with personalised service and an elevated retail experience and we are looking for an energetic and engaging Assistant Manager to join their newly opened Paddington boutique.

The Role |

You will be an inspirational leader who has experience building and nurturing clientele within a luxury retail landscape, delivering a personalised service, and managing and driving a team of sales associates.

To succeed in this role, you must be motivated to drive sales and support the Boutique Manager in creating a team environment which is representative of the brand. Being passionate about people, you will support in the training and development of your team to further their individual growth and maximise the store’s performance.

The Skillset |

We’d love to chat to you if you have the following:

- Boutique management experience is a must
- An exceptional communicator with a focus on delivering an amazing customer experience
- Proven knowledge of international designer brands & style trends
- Proven ability to achieve sales, wages and financial targets
- Ability to manage tasks with strong attention to detail
- Passion for mentoring and leading a team
- Ability to execute visual merchandising initiatives
- A love of fashion, immaculate presentation and personal style
