Key Responsibilities
• Assist in managing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth business performance
• Supervise and guide team members to meet productivity and quality standards
• Support strategic planning, budgeting, and performance reporting activities
• Coordinate cross-departmental communication to maintain workflow efficiency
• Monitor key metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Handle customer or client inquiries professionally and resolve issues effectively
• Prepare reports, presentations, and operational summaries for senior management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and Australian workplace standards
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline
• 2–5 years of experience in a supervisory or management support role
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and management software tools
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure
• Experience managing teams or projects in an Australian business environment is advantageous
