The Assistant Manager will support senior management in overseeing daily operations, coordinating teams, and ensuring the achievement of organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities


• Assist in managing day-to-day operations and departmental activities


• Supervise and motivate team members to achieve performance targets


• Support the implementation of business strategies, policies, and procedures


• Monitor operational metrics, budgets, and resource allocation


• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and collaboration


• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements


• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and Australian regulatory requirements

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field


• 2–5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial support role


• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management tools


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
