**The role**:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Marketing expert, with proven experience in residential building or real estate to join the Fairmont team, and work collaboratively with our Marketing Agency (KLIK). With your understanding of residential sales and marketing you will coordinate all marketing activities across Fairmont and be proactive in implementing the marketing plans and making suggestions for improvements.

**Responsibilities**:

- The development of retail marketing strategies in conjunction with KLIK (our partner agency)
- Day to day ownership of all marketing assets including website, printed collateral, signage, and display presentation
- Execution of retail marketing plans across both Signature, Fairmont 1st range, and Select Home Studio offerings
- Management of marketing material, such as brochures, display brochures, promotional materials, and merchandise
- Support in the delivery of multiple advertising campaigns, managing timeframes
- Building and developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Support in the content creation for ads including - Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
- Analysing data, reporting on the success of marketing, and making suggestions for improvement.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in digital marketing, including website and social media.
- Advanced Computer literacy including MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM and web content management systems
- Understanding of land /residential marketing is preferred
- Proven experience working collaboratively
- Strong knowledge of marketing and advertising
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven experience in a fast-paced environment where you will need to multitask
