My client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an Asset Compliance Officer.

**The Role**:

- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations, codes, and standards.
- Address and rectify any compliance issues promptly and efficiently.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Provide guidance and training to staff regarding compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies and external auditors during inspections and audits.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to compliance activities.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualification in Work Health and Safety or equivalent experience supporting operations teams and providing consistent, high-quality contract and customer service.
- Proficient in using computer software and systems to document and track compliance activities.
- Experience in a facilities, building management or technical officer role.
- NSW Drivers Licence essential.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
