**You'll be responsible for**
- Resolving customer internal and external disputes in accordance with internal and external guidelines, policies and procedure and related policy documents.
- Contribute to better decision-making across all aspects of the Customer Relations ‘Centre of Excellence’.
- Execute processes and procedures to effectively manage all complaints and disputes with the Centre of Excellence
- Ability to identify risks and contribute to the strengthening of governance, risk management, internal control environment and the risk culture of AAL as it relates to disputes and complaints.
- Increase awareness in the business and contribute to practical process improvement based on insights and knowledge of dispute outcomes.
**About you**
- Ability to have difficult conversations and find suitable solutions for complex complaints
- Creative thinker, able to navigate ambiguity and think outside the box
- Ability to understand and interpret contracts
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, work under pressure and strong time management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines, essential to complying with Allianz’s regulatory requirements
- Pay high attention to details by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, combined with the ability to balance understanding, empathy and compassion in order to reach the best outcome
