**Dispute Resolution Specialist, Personal Injury | Melbourne, VIC**

**You'll be responsible for**:
- Resolve customer internal and external disputes in accordance with internal and external guidelines, policies and procedures, and related policy documents- Contribute to better decision making across all aspects of Customer and Operations- Execute processes and procedures to effectively manage all complaints and disputes with Customer and Operations division- Contribute to the strengthening of governance, risk management, internal control environment and the risk culture of AAL as it relates to Disputes and complaints

**Important to your success**:
- Experience in a Dispute Resolution role within the insurance industry.- A suitable level of professional scepticism, being prepared to challenge accepted practice and/or encourage alternative views- Understanding of the laws, legislations, regulations and prudential standards impacting insurance industry- Able to approach a problem from numerous perspectives combined with flexibility to propose solutions that fits the division/organisation- Objectivity and independence in the work and sound ethical and professional
