Are you passionate about managing and organising healthcare data? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of information management systems? We have an exciting opportunity for a Health Information Manager to join our dynamic healthcare organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the management and organisation of healthcare data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
- Develop and implement information management policies and procedures to comply with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Monitor and maintain electronic health record systems, including data entry, retrieval, and analysis.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and other relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient and accurate documentation of patient information.
- Train and educate staff on proper documentation practices, privacy regulations, and data security.
- Conduct audits and quality checks to identify and resolve data integrity issues.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in health information management.

**Requirements**:

- HIMAA certification
- Proven experience in health information management, including data analysis and electronic health record systems.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as HIPAA, ICD-10, and CPT coding.
- Proficiency in health information management software and electronic health record systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
