  • Demonstrated experience in financial management, quality management, risk management and WH&S.
  • Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in strategic and business planning, implementation, evaluation and reporting.
  • Sound knowledge of key issues relating to Needle and Syringe Programs, Counselling and Court Diversion Programs.
  • Experience in managing complex and contentious issues with sound decision making ability.
  • Demonstrated experience in effective collaboration with service providers including government and non government stakeholders.
  • Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
