**Here’s how you’ll be a part of our team**
- **Full-time, Permanent position**:

- **Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm**:

- **Located in Brooklyn, NSW, just 25 minutes from Gosford or Hornsby**:

- **Note: We have a rotating roster for weekend work**

Fenwicks Marina, an award-winning facility on the Hawkesbury River, is seeking a mechanically minded all-rounder who shares our values. Welding experience is a bonus. As a Marina Maintenance Manager, you will assist with property and equipment maintenance while supporting our lift and hardstand team. A boat and forklift license are advantageous but not essential.

**Your Typical Day Will Focus On**
- Performing general maintenance around the hardstand and marina
- Operating various equipment on the marina and hardstand, including a forklift and possibly towing vessels
- Operating and maintaining the wastewater treatment plant
- Assisting with water blasting and scraping boats when extra help is needed
- Conducting and documenting daily inspections of both the marina and yard as specified
- Serving fuel, LPG gas, ice, and provisions to customers
- Assisting with projects or improvements to the hardstand or marina
- Performing various tasks including painting, cleaning, welding, and running the electric yard sweeper

**What You’ll Bring to The Role**
- Mechanical aptitude with a proactive and self-motivated approach
- Welding experience (beneficial)
- Boat and forklift licenses (advantageous but not essential)
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:
