The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our ANZ team, to drive sales revenue in NSW, QLD, NT and ACT. Reporting to the Director, Sales for Australia based in our Sydney Office, The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for achieving the targeted sales revenue objectives through the successful implementation of the sales strategy and management of team activities, resources, and outreach.
You will be responsible for driving business growth by maintaining strong customer and channel partner relations, mapping account potential, providing education on Cochlear’s product portfolio, and driving referrals into CI Programs.
In addition to this you will provide strong leadership to our account sales team (8 in total), using Cochlear’s sales excellence methodology and coaching processes.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare or relevant field-
- Outstanding sales management experience in healthcare or relevant field-
- Previous experience managing people in a complex environment-
- Excellent sales and influencing skills-
- Outstanding communication skills - oral, written and presentation. Should be able to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders with a sense of urgency-
- Good understanding of institutional and B2B sales processes along with sound commercial acumen-
- Proven track record of building and nurturing stakeholder relationships - internal and external-
- Experience in creating successful business plans and sales plan objectives-
