**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and policies.
- Oversee all security operations, including physical security, cybersecurity, and risk management.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate and manage security personnel, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of security measures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging threats to proactively address security challenges.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification assessed as comparable to the education level of an Australian Qualifications
- Framework (AQF) Bachelor degree or higher degree and in a field highly relevant to role.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in security management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- International experience of at least 5 years in either South Africa or Israel in a Security Managerial related role.
- Strong knowledge of physical security systems, cybersecurity protocols, and risk management practices.
- Community security knowledge and experience of no less than 3 years.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle crisis situations effectively.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPP, CISSP) are highly desirable.
