Goodstart has created two new rewarding roles within the Reform Implementation department. Both State Funding Analysts will report into the Head of Reform Implementation to support the State Funding & Grants Administrators/Coordinators with compilation and submission of data required to forecast, claim, acquit and respond to audits for funding provided to Goodstart by Australian States and Territories. This is an exciting time to be part of a newly formed team, either bringing your wealth of experience in a more senior role or looking to learn and develop your financial/ analytical/ communication skills within an outcome focussed, supportive environment.
**Your Impact**:
Data compilation to source, compile and coordinate enrolments and other data to claim and acquit funding from all States and Territories.
Supporting the State Funding & Grants Administrators/Coordinators to resolve queries arising from centre teams.
Collaborating with various stakeholders (including Government bodies), initiative owners and their teams to identify potential risks to the successful delivery of outcomes.
Providing advice and engaging with other Centre Support Office teams to ensure systems and processes enable the accurate and efficient administration of State and Territory funding.

**You’ll bring to the table**:
Have 5+ years’ experience as a data analyst or in grant funding administration.
Hold a formal qualifications or certification in a related discipline.
Familiarity and competency with core systems (XAP or other CCMS, WEBI, PowerBI) plus strong Excel skills.
Able to work and network successfully in complex matrix organisations.
Highly adaptive and flexible with an ability to work independently and collaboratively under quickly changing circumstances.
