Our client partners with medical specialists and clinics across Australia and internationally, to provide a medico-legal reports service. They connect law firms, insurers and government with our extensive and growing network of medical specialists, providing high-standard medical opinions for their injured clients.

Position Overview:
This position has been newly developed within the administration team due to the ever-expanding clients coming on board and expanding business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to our panel of medical experts.
- Provide administrative support to the Medical Engagement Team
- Prepare and maintain files and documentation.
- Renew contracts and agreements.
- Maintain documents in accordance with ISO requirements.
- Support the Medical Engagement Manager achieve key strategic objectives.
- Support and travel to daytime and evening events/conferences when required.
- Assist and train medical experts in the use of Salesforce as required.
- Aid in creating communications, marketing material and merchandise for recruitment and promotion of medical experts.
- Facilitation events and educational seminars involving our medical expert panel.
- Support in creating training material for the wider team

Desired experience:

- Minimum 1 years' experience within medical administration
- Qualifications in business, allied health or medical
- Someone with experience in marketing, QA or in client stake holder management will be advantageous
- Base salary + Super
- Wine and Pizza Fridays
