- About the roleA great opportunity exists to join Zurich’s Information Technology team as a Production Support Manager.
- This is the chance for someone to make the role their own, influence and build process to create new structure.- You will manage the Front End Support Resolver Group Team Providing support for a range of systems including Salesforce, Mulesoft, Point of Sale, Pricing/business rules engine, as well as other smaller systems. Partnering with a range of stakeholders, you will manage the triage of new incidents and assign to the Production Support Team to fix directly or to development squads to fix under our dev ops model. In resolving issues, you will ensure effective communication, reporting and coordinating activities.- Important to your success- Strong Production Support experience, including managing a Production Support team
- Experience using Salesforce and/or Mulesoft
- ITIL certification and experience providing support with integrated systems
- Knowledge of multiple agile methodologies: Including Scrum and Kanban plus Waterfall SDLC
- An analytical mindset and the ability to prioritise tasks in an agile environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
