**OPERATIONS MANAGER**

Balmain's most loved Wellness Studio; established in 2002. BodyEthos offers over 70 Pilates, Yoga and Barre classes every week plus workshops and retreats.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The main expectations are to _lead by example and Practice BE basics every day_**:BE friendly. BE professional. BE passionate. BE helpful**.

You’ll deliver on every aspect of day-to-day studio operations; everything from teacher development, timetable management, studio and equipment supplies, budgets, front desk duties, customer service, assist in maintaining the brand and culture of the studio plus sales, outreach, lead generation.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Management & sales experience - either hospitality, retail or fitness
- Training skills - proven ability to hire, train and evaluate staff
- Time management - outstanding time management and organisational skills
- Communication -superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to interact well in a diverse community and inspire studio staff
- Customer service - high standards of quality and customer focus

**ADDITIONAL INFO**
- Availability to work holidays and weekends required. Flexible working roster

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year
