**Sales**:Drive sales and business development strategies to enhance studio growth and contribute to personal and team sales

**Marketing**: Grass-roots marketing and lead generation to promote classes and events

**Operational Excellence**: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the studio runs efficiently and smoothly

**Customer Service**: Ensure every member experiences the thrill of outstanding customer service

**Staff Management**: Supervise, inspire and coordinate our team of teachers and studio advisors

**Financial Management**: Manage revenue streams with flair—memberships, privates, retreats/workshops, and retail

**Management**:Be the epitome of professionalism, punctuality, and neatness—with a splash of fun Safeguard confidential information with trust and integrity. Foster harmonious relationships with co-workers, members, and the public

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within retail or fitness industry
- **Sales**:Proven track record of meeting KPI's
- **Leadership**: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- **Organisational Skills**: Demonstrate strong organisational skills and deadline adherence
- **Customer Focus**: Dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficient in using scheduling and management software
