**About the role**
We have a permanent opportunity for a Lead Document Control joining our Project Management (Construction Assurance) team in Leederville. You’ll manage a small team of document controllers, supporting our project managers and contract managers in providing Records Management (RM), Document Management (DM) and document control support across multiple complex projects throughout WA.

**What the role will involve**
- Work closely with project, contract management teams and stakeholders to facilitate the timely submission, review, and approval of project documentation
- Lead future introduction of new Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks on document control data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance. Generate reports to support performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives
- Keep up to date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in records and document management (RM/DM), and lead initiatives to embed innovation and efficiency across document control functions
