**Key responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain a strong client relationship in the infrastructure and development sectors.
- Perform fieldwork, calculations, data processing & management of the total project, including liaison with clients, communication within the business and assisting with budgets, accounts.
- Provide operational support to the Team Leaders and Survey Manager in relation to resource planning & staff mentoring.
- Adhere to the company’s work, health & safety policies.
**Qualifications required**
- Current registration, or eligibility to register, with Surveyors Board of Queensland as an Associate Surveyor, Graduate and looking to progress to Surveyor registration. Current Surveyor registration or higher will be highly regarded.
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a surveying role covering a range of projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects at a basic level. Experience in the ability to manage clients and lead, and mentor staff will be highly regarded
- Excellent time management
- Proficiency in the use of surveying equipment and software - experience with Trimble instruments would be highly regarded, as would proficiency with 12D.
- Ability to work in a technically complex environment and deliver project milestones.
- Good technical and communication skills
- QLD manual driver’s licence.
