What You Will Do
As a Surveyor, you will:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end survey functions for assigned projects.
  • Deliver accurate and efficient survey services using total stations, GPS, laser scanning and other modern technologies.
  • Coordinate and mentor junior staff and Graduate Surveyors.
  • Liaise directly with clients, ensuring exceptional communication, quality outcomes and project satisfaction.
  • Prepare and review survey deliverables and oversee compliance with WHS and technical standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement by reviewing existing methodologies and suggesting positive change.
  • Participate in business development activities and client relationship management.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor of Surveying or Diploma of Surveying, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5+ years' experience in land, engineering or cadastral surveying.
  • Working knowledge of topographic, laser scanning, cadastral, plan preparation, and control surveys.
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects with the ability to prioritise and lead.
  • Skilled in 12D, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office; experience with point cloud processing, BIM or Revit is advantageous.
  • Ideally registered (or eligible to register) with the Surveyors Board of Queensland.
  • A current driver's licence.
  • Australian and NZ citizen or visa with no working restrictions
