**What’s the role?**

As the Head of Reward, you'll lead the reward relationship management for our Consumer, Business & Wealth (B&W), and Customer & Corporate Services (CCS) divisions on reward and performance matters. You'll work closely with GMs of HR and senior leaders, including Group Executives, to ensure our reward programs are innovative, competitive, and aligned with our strategic goals. Leading a small team, you will plan and implement calendar activities, including annual remuneration review, and facilitate remuneration governance across the divisions. You will run the Divisional Remuneration Oversight Committees, approvals for APRA-governed individuals and risk adjustments to remuneration. Your mission is to shape and manage reward strategies across Consumer, B&W, and CCS to make sure our people feel valued and motivated.

**What do I need?**
- Deep expertise in designing and implementing reward frameworks and incentive schemes within a consumer banking environment.
- Exceptional stakeholder management capability to partner with GMs of HR and Heads of HR and influence at the Group Executive level.
- Strong technical skills with an understanding of relevant legislation and global trends in remuneration schemes
- Thought leadership and passion for staying ahead of industry trends and improving reward processes.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and develop a team of Senior Reward Managers.
- Sharp analytical skills to monitor and report on reward forecasts and accruals.
- Superior written and oral communications skills and experience working and influencing at Group Executive level
