Introduction

We're seeking our next Senior Associate, within our Payment Operations Team play a key role in delivering high-quality payment services across our Shared Services function This role will suit someone who combines technical strength in financial operations and tax reporting with leadership capability, operational insight, and a drive for continuous improvement.

What you'll do

  • Manage complex dividend and distribution services for listed and unlisted clients, ensuring payments are accurate and compliant.

  • Oversee outbound payment approvals, including international transactions and sweep payments.

  • Review and approve work completed by Associates, providing feedback and guidance to support development and consistency.

  • Assist with ATO reporting lodgements (AIIR, QTFN) and production of tax statements.

  • Identify and mitigate operational risks while driving improvements to systems and processes.

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring proactive communication and dependable service.



Skills And Experiences

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

  • 2+ years' experience in payment processing, trust management, or registry/fund operations.

  • Strong understanding of tax reporting requirements and trust distribution processes.

  • Proven experience reviewing work, managing approvals, and supporting team capability.

  • High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with workflow tools such as JIRA.
