**What this opportunity involves**:
The Procurement Manager role is responsible for the strategic sourcing and purchasing across a specific portfolio of categories, including the development and implementation of strategic and operational sourcing, category management and supply management strategies.

This role reports directly to the Head of Sourcing and requires an individual with a high attention to detail, expert analytical skills and leadership and mentorship experience. You will lead a team consisting of team members who are operationally supporting the on-account team from a procurement standpoint as well as team members who are running major sourcing projects.

**Key operational responsibilities**:
Solution seek for operational challenges with current vendor performance and either find alternative solutions or implement new processes to automate and reduce regular issues.
Establish, lead and execute category plans, strategies and frameworks, including market approaches, procurement analysis, supplier development and evaluation, to meet Clients needs and expectations.
Presents analytical recommendations to stakeholders and decision-makers
Develop an understanding of the business environment in which JLL operates, understands its goals and how Procurement activities help achieve organisational outcomes
Opportunity to manage a key category and complete end to end procurement activities.
Utilise stakeholder input and feedback and promote continued engagement throughout the tendering and sourcing process.
Deliver multiple key strategic items in a fast-paced environment
Include commercial trends, analysis and risk management in developing strategies
Report on procurement activity in terms of progress, KPI results, Client satisfaction, value and cost.
Assist with the design and development of Procurement dashboards.

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Tertiary education in Business / Commerce with at least 3 years of experience in Procurement-based role
Background in structured process analysis and continuous improvement
Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects within competing timelines
Ability to analyse complex problems and generate solutions.
Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to communicate at all levels within the organization
Relationship builder both externally & internally
Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Excel
