They are seeking an enthusiastic
**Social Media Manager** to support the Head of Communications to shape and build their social media presence in Australia

**What your exciting days will look like**
- Taking ownership of their Australian Social media channels to bring the brand to life (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn & TikTok)
- Managing social planning, and calendar & serving as the day-to-day social content lead
- Managing, producing and executing content sharing across platforms
- Analysing data from a variety of sources to draw conclusions, develop action plans and balance tradeoffs
- Connecting and learning from colleagues from accros the globe
- Continually improving and implementing social best practices
- Partnering with the PR Manager to build influencer & employee ambassador programs
- Working closely with the media agency on optimisation

**What you'll bring to the team**
- Social media experience - ideally working for a brand (client side)
- Proven experience leading end-to-end social campaigns
- Hands-on experience producing social content and developing assets (writing copy and editing visuals)
- Excellent project management skills
- An analytic mindset with a strong business acumen
- Experience or desire to work in an Agile environment - fast-paced startup
