**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager at ARCADE Bar & Club, located in Sydney, NSW. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, optimising social media presence, and analysing performance metrics. Day-to-day tasks include crafting and scheduling posts, managing social media interactions, monitoring trends, and coordinating with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing goals.

**Qualifications / Role**
- This is a Full-time role/ part-time may be considered
- Must be Proficient in Meta and TikTok.
- Video and image creation skill set.
- Have used platforms such as Canva / Lightbox/Adobe or equivalent.
- Strong Communication skills and ability to engage with the audience
- Expertise in Content Strategy and Writing skills
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly
- Experience in using social media management tools and analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms for a brand

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
