**Gumnut Gardens Early Learning and Long Day Care Centre**

We are looking for a passionate Early Childhood Educator with a Diploma level qualification or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification to work in the Preschool room of up to 20 children with 3 educators. We're eager to find an educator who understands children's needs and is experienced in a play-based curriculum, deeply inspired by nature, sustainability, and the use of loose parts and upcycled materials in education.

Our Centre is a cherished home away from home, fostering community and belonging in Paddington close to Centennial Park. Our preschoolers visit Centennial Park twice weekly for Bush Kindy which they absolutely love The planning for this experience is based on children's interests and seasonal exploration of the park's diverse areas run in house by the preschool educators. We consistently maintain a staff-to-child ratio above the standard requirements.
