A great opportunity for a Full Time Diploma or ECT qualified Room Leader to join our team at our brand new centre located in Condell Park. As a Room Leader you will provide leadership in delivering high quality, inclusive learning programs while working closely alongside the Centre Director & Second in Charge.

**About the role**
- Lead and mentor educators
- Run a Positive & Successful Preschool Program
- Lead and develop the team alongside of the director to deliver a high-quality Programs for the children
- Create a secure and stimulating learning environment for preschool age children

**About you**
- ACECQA Approved Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or Diploma in Early Childhood and Education
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within Early Childhood
- Current First Aid Certificate including Asthma and Anaphylaxis
- Current Working with Children Check

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Rotating roster

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Condell Park, NSW 2200: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
