**Your Opportunity**

Get your foot in the door with this role in our Sydney office as an Online Full Time Customer Happiness Administrator.

**Your responsibilities will be**:

- Provide a professional level of customer service to all customers, (internal and external)
- Respond to varied requests for information, queries, and products in line with the established policies and procedures of the organisation
- Maintaining customer account details and liaising with the team and other departments to ensure the best customer service is provided for our customers
- Identifying and escalating any issues to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner
- Meeting KPI standards
- Manage and resolve all issues relating to order fulfilment
- Contributing to our team work flow and operations in the warehouse by supporting various other day to day tasks as needed

- Sufficient IT and computer skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, manage high volume of enquries and work well under pressure
