This is an administrative position that manages the day-to-day functions of the office at our Turramurra Campus.
Responsibilities include:
- Face to face interaction with students, parents and teachers
- Answering the phone
- Data entry
- Scheduling appointments
- Handling internal databases and appropriate records
- General office duties such as printing, light cleaning and all the boring things that you can turn into fun.
- Experience in education is a bonus (ex and current teachers are welcomed)
**This role can be on casual or permanent part-time 3 days a week.**
- *_**shifts are between 12 pm - 7.30 pm weekdays (public school terms) and 9 am-5 pm (during school holidays)**_
