As the Finance Business Partner, provide financial support and strategic direction to the operational teams.

**Your new company**
This listed company has seen significant expansion in its service offerings and continues to see growth nationally. This role is based in their Asset Services division working closely with the operations team.

**Your new role**
Working closely with the operational team, you will have a strong focus on forecasting, reporting and cost analysis for the QLD region whilst also proactively engaging with internal stakeholders to provide financial support and strategic direction. You will also manage the following:

- Month to month analysis and forecasting of Revenue
- Reporting and analysis of Regional results
- Overall financial reporting of profit & loss, balance sheet and cashflow
- Ensure visibility of results, forecasts and project / contract positions
- Co-ordinate the management and reporting of Business Improvement Initiatives

**What you'll need to succeed**
A true Finance Business Partnering opportunity, you will need to demonstrate proven experience working with budgets, cash reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable and profit / loss reports whilst taking ownership of financial oversight and reporting. You will excel in your communication style, particularly able to engage with key decision makers and be results orientated with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional level of service. Tertiary qualifications, CA/CPA qualifications and experience working in large ERPs will be essential.
