As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a motivated and skilled Finance Business Partner to join their finance team.

**Position Overview**:
Reporting to the CFO, you will play a critical role in driving strategic financial decisions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to provide valuable insights, analysis, and support. You will be responsible for translating financial data into actionable recommendations that contribute to the achievement of business objectives and enhance overall performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with department heads and senior management to develop and maintain financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to support decision-making, including investment opportunities, cost optimization, and revenue enhancement.
- Analyze variances between actual financial results and budgeted/forecasted figures, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.
- Participate in the development and evaluation of business cases for new projects, initiatives, or investments.
- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to assess potential outcomes and risks.
- Build strong relationships with business partners, acting as a trusted advisor on financial matters.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
- Professional accounting or finance qualification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Strong financial modeling, analysis, and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze complex issues, and provide practical solutions.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and contributing to business growth.
