Our client is a dynamic, PE owned national business headquartered in Brisbane. They are market leaders in the multi-billion, dollar healthcare sector and have exciting growth planned for the coming years through organic growth, M&A and strategic partnerships.

With their ongoing success they are in search of a results-driven Finance Business Partner to join the team. As the Finance Business Partner, you'll provide accurate financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, and commercial advice to enable effective decision-making.

You will oversee regional business unit reporting and provide ongoing analysis of financial performance. This organisation values innovation, data insights, and continuous improvement, and we're looking for someone who shares these values.

**THE ROLE**
- Oversee regional business unit reporting and provide ongoing financial analysis
- Partner with operations teams to provide data-driven insights and support commercial decisions
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting
- Drive finance process improvement initiatives
- Assist with year-end audit and taxation compliance

**ABOUT YOU**
- Degree qualification with CA or CPA
- Demonstrated experience in senior accounting roles whilst experience within the healthcare industry is high desirable
- Strong communication and engagement skills
- Ability to provide strategic leadership and make influential decisions
- Technical knowledge in accounting, financial budgeting, analytics, and reporting
