**Ecommerce Operations Analyst**

This is an entry level role that will provide operational support to the Dropshipzone team. You will be guided in your role by the Head of Retail and Retail Operations Manager, while working closely with internal teams and external retailers.
- Assist the Head of Retail and Retail Operations Manager with running reports.
- Maintain operational systems, including the website, admin portal and integration app, as per requirements.
- Adapt to the evolving needs of the business
- Manage retailer account approvals

**What You'll Bring**:

- Basic but solid skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Some exposure to data analysis
- Ideally 1 - 2 years' experience in ecommerce or a similar role
- Fluent English, written and verbal

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
